The content of the course includes the basic information about artificial neural networks - starting from biological and artificial neurons, basic ANN topologies, ANN training for different tasks. High attention is devoted to manual calculations as the basis of deep understanding of artificial neural networks. This course is a part of double degree master program RCSE between KNRTU-KAI and TU Ilmenau. It is the basis for study of some advanced courses such as deep learning.
