The course was really helpful. Though it took a lot of time to solve the questions.
1. nuevas cosas por explorar. 2 .todo. 3. todo estubo bien. 4. es mi carrera.
unsolvable problems
1. I learned how genome sequencing actually works and how scientists use tools like SPAdes and Galaxy to assemble DNA. The idea of de Bruijn graphs and N50 statistics was totally new to me, and now I finally understand what they mean! 2. I liked that the course explained difficult concepts in a simple and visual way. The examples and practice exercises helped me a lot 3. Sometimes the online tools took a while to load, but that's okay. it made me feel like I was doing real bioinformatics work 4. I wanted to understand how coding and biology connect, and this course showed that perfectly. it made me even more interested in studying bioinformatics in the future
This course was useful. I learned about several bioinformatics tools which I did not know about. However, several of the answers are incorrect. For example, the starting positions of the primers are offset by 60bp. Hence the low rating.
I have already studied these courses. Just to freshen my tools and software skills and also learning about covid-2. Instructors and course conte content both are really very good. I just hope that Coursera provide me the certificate at the completion of this course.
most the answers for the questions are not correct and there is no assistance provided for the other fellow mates who've faced the same problems. frustrating
