This course introduces extensive details of the state-of-the-art, high-throughput methodologies used in biology: DNA and RNA sequencing technologies, ChIPseq, HI-C, mass spectrometry, and CRISPR. It also covers the technical information required for a comprehensive understanding of the error distribution and biases of experimental data, as well as commonly used bioinformatics tools for its analysis. The contents will be presented in both theoretical and hands-on sessions to provide students with the expertise to interpret these data.
