When I first started this course, I thought it would be just another academic module, something I’d complete in a few weeks. But even halfway through, I can already see how it’s reshaping the way I think about healthcare. My clinical work in Pakistan, seeing patients with chronic conditions struggling to navigate fragmented care, comes to mind every time we discuss integrated care. I’ve seen firsthand how well-meaning professionals can miss the bigger picture and how patients often feel unheard. What excites me is how this course connects theory with real life. Concepts like patient narratives, archetypes and co-creation make me reflect on patients I’ve worked with, who might have had better outcomes if care had been more coordinated. Even just thinking about design thinking in healthcare policy gives me hope that future systems can be smarter, more human-centered and truly responsive. What I love is that this course doesn’t just teach you “what is” it makes you imagine “what could be.” And while I’m still in the middle of it, I can already feel myself learning to combine my clinical knowledge with public health insight, to see healthcare not just as treatment, but as connection, collaboration and empathy. If there’s one thing I’ll carry forward, it’s this: every patient is a story, every system is a network and understanding both can transform care. And that’s exactly why I chose my Masters in Sechenov to learn not just as a professional but as someone who has lived and continues to witness the challenges patients face every day.

Q#1 I have learned so many new things from this course for example Health and Social-economic challenges, paradigm shift, integrated and personalised services and Value Based Health Care etc. Q#2 I like the way of presentation and method of teaching. Q#3 I do not think so there was any weak point in this course but i felt there should be little more explanation in lectures because i studied these topics first time so i felt this. Q#4 I choose this course because i am student of Master in Public health.
