Норм курс для юристов-международников и студентов МГИМО. Много видео, текстовых задач и тестов. Чисто ради расширения кругозора я впрочем его бы не советовал проходить. Но профильным спецам в самый раз.

In this course on Russia Corporate Law, I have learned about the legal framework governing businesses and corporations in Russia, including topics such as company formation, shareholder rights, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Some new aspects for me were the differences in the legal system and corporate practices compared to those in my country, as well as the specifics of Russian legislation. 2. I liked the clear explanations of various legal concepts, the use of examples to illustrate the points, and the overall organization of the course material. It provided a good foundation for understanding the basics of corporate law in Russia. 3. One weak point I noticed was the lack of in-depth analysis of certain topics, which might be necessary for someone who wants to specialize in Russian corporate law. Additionally, some areas could have been covered more thoroughly, such as the legal aspects of intellectual property and international business transactions. 4. My requirements for a course included clear explanations, practical examples, and a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
